Vision and Ethos

At Trinity we believe that every young person is loved and valuable to God, and that He has given each one unique gifts and talents. Our vision is that every student will fulfil their God-given potential, ready to serve others and equipped to be confident leaders in society.

Trinity’s ethos and values are encapsulated in the following five elements:

Capture 1

Truth (Be honest and do the right thing)

Truthful lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only for a moment. (Proverbs 12 v 19)

Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out. (Proverbs 10 v 9)

Excellence (Support others to achieve)

Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves (Phil 2 v 3)

Love (Treat others how you want to be treated)

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you (Matthew 7 v 12)

Leadership (Lead self. Lead others)

Without wise leadership, a nation falls; there is safety in having many advisers. Proverbs 11 v 14

Service (Help others and look after the environment)

Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow (Isaiah 1 v 17).

The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. (Genesis 2 v 15)

I was particularly struck by the school’s ethos has already so powerfully developed, pervading the event. The students were great, courteous and admirably presented

Visiting Headteacher

I was driving to a meeting this morning in Sevenoaks, and I happened to notice, whilst sitting in traffic outside your school, that a gentleman (I’m guessing a teacher or head ) was welcoming the children by shaking their hand, clearly teaching them respect, I thought this to be quite an incredible sight, and I’m sure the children will respect this person for this kind of gesture
