Art Sculpture – South & South East in Bloom – Celebrating Bugs Challenge

Y12 Art and Design students have created a wire bug sculpture for South and South East in Bloom.

The sculpture is made up of a colourful array of wire bugs which hang from an arch that lights up at night.

On Friday 11^th July, Y12 students met the judging team at the Vine Gardens.

It was a very hot day, but it was great to take part in the competition and to see all the other beautiful bugs on display that had been created by so many others.  

The sculpture is currently on display at the Vine Gardens in Sevenoaks until Sunday 20^th July.
