Trinity is currently a 4 Form Entry (11-18) Christian free school academy based in Sevenoaks. We are growing to a 6 Form Entry (6FE), over the next 2 years and moved into our established building in September 2016. Our Sixth Form opened September 2018. Once at full capacity, we will have 1,140 students which includes our sixth form of 240.

Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor – Part Time – September 2022 start

FTE Salary £23,033 - £26,075 per annum (actual salary £11,833.41 - £13,396.26 per annum)

22.5 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only), 39 weeks per annum (term time plus insets)

We are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to work under the guidance of teaching staff within an agreed system of supervision for three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

You would be required to implement work programmes with individuals /groups in or out of the classroom including the supervision of whole classes during the short term absence of teachers.

It would be advantageous if you have experience of working with medium to large groups of students.  A positive attitude and calm manner with the ability to communicate well with others and demonstrate good organisational skills is essential. 

Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children, the ability to relate well to children and adults as well as the ability to work well as part of a team and understanding classroom roles and responsibilities is essential.

Facilities Assistant/Lettings Support

Facilities Assistant/Lettings Support (Immediate start)

FTE Salary £19,723 - £20,893 per annum

37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Assistant and Lettings Support to join Trinity’s busy, dedicated facilities team.

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant/Lettings Support to work on a 3 week rotational basis covering earlies, mid and late shifts including weekends.

We are looking for a flexible, skilled, Facilities assistant who is hardworking, organised and enjoys a busy varied day. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a school environment. The role will include basic plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and cleaning so experience in these sectors would be of benefit.  As part of the role you will be required to cover as Banksman during periods of absence to monitor and ensure safe movements of all buses whilst on site in the school car park.

Your role in Lettings Support will be customer facing with our hirers using the school facilities. This will involve preparing rooms that are being hired, meeting new Hirers and showing them the facilities, checking on Lettings throughout their time on site and then clearing up and preparing rooms for the next day.

You will be the kind of person who takes pride in ensuring the school is clean, tidy and a safe environment and wants to provide an outstanding customer service for students, staff and visitors. You will constantly strive to ensure that the school is immaculate. You will have good ICT skills and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and a job ticket system confidently, although training for this will be provided.

We have a new building with new technology and are in the process of reviewing school sustainability and upgrading the current infrastructure.  External training will be provided on Ipaf, Pasma, and basic electrics/plumbing/carpentry.

Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistants - September 2022

We are looking to recruit two Learning Support Assistants to work as members of the LSA team supporting students across all subjects in groups and/or on a one to one basis.

The successful candidate will be required to assist subject teachers to meet students’ needs by working with individuals or groups of students on a planned basis, pass on information about the students gathered in other contexts to the subject teacher and work with students who have SEN, disabilities and/or health needs.  LSA’s may be required to provide personal care so candidates must be confident and comfortable with this responsibility.

You will act as an extension of the School’s pastoral system by acting as a listening ear and confidante for students and provide general support for students who are re-integrating into school following prolonged absence /change of school /exclusion.

Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred.  A positive attitude and calm manner with the ability to communicate well with others and demonstrate good organisational skills is essential.

Learning Support Assistant Job Description

Lettings Facilitators

Lettings Facilitators (part time; during Summer holidays, days, evenings or weekends)

Salary: £11 per hour

Hours: Upon negotiation with the Facilities Manager

We are looking to appoint Lettings Facilitators to work initially during the Summer holidays on a part time basis either on days, evenings or weekends.  We are looking for flexible, highly effective and organised individuals, with good communication skills and the ability to work well with limited direct supervision. The Lettings Facilitators form part of our facilities team and you will report to the Facilities Manager.

Trinity school is used for event and sports hiring in the evening and on weekends.  Core responsibilities will focus primarily on; opening and closing of the site for the hirers, meet and greet visitors and assist with any queries whilst the hirer is on site.

You will also be responsible for providing support with general tidiness of the internal areas of the school and shared usage areas for Sevenoaks Educational Campus.

Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage and training will be given to successful candidates.
