The Trinity School – Careers Programme

All Trinity students have access to the Unifrog careers platform, where students can:

  • complete personality and interest quizzes to help identify future careers goals
  • research a wide range of roles and careers including focused labour market information
  • gain information on local, regional, and national apprenticeships

Key Stage 3

At Key Stage 3, students are involved in understanding the different career paths available through exploring a range of job sectors, learning about career routes linked to subject areas, challenging workplace stereotypes, investigating qualifications and making appropriate choices for GCSE.

Careers Weeks take place 3 times throughout the year where subject teachers introduce students to jobs/careers that their individual subjects could lead on to. Assemblies and a parent and pupil information evening on choosing options are also provided.

All students will have had meaningful encounters with providers of apprenticeships and technical education opportunities through year group assemblies.

All students will have had meaningful encounters with providers of apprenticeships and technical education opportunities through year group assemblies and the post-16 external provider event.

Careers Weeks take place 3 times throughout the year where subject teachers introduce students to jobs/careers that their individual subjects could lead on to.
