On Friday 19^th April a group of our Year 8 students visited Bore Place.

The day’s activities included visiting the calves, the milking parlour where the cows would be milked later that day, a reptile walk in which students were tasked with finding wildlife in a field and foraging for certain ingredients in the wild for the afternoon bake off session. Students also had the opportunity to try foods that they may not have had before such as nettle pakora and rhubarb crumble. It was a great day out and the students thoroughly enjoyed it.
