Trinity is a growing 11-18 (4FE) Christian free school academy based in Sevenoaks. We moved into our new building in September 2016 with Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 (473 students). At full capacity we will have 790 students which will include our sixth form opening in September 2018.

Facilities Maintenance Technician(s) – Hours Negotiable

Salary FTE £14,000 – £18,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician(s) to join Trinity’s busy, dedicated site/facilities team as soon as possible.

Hours are negotiable and we are looking for either one or two facilities maintenance technicians to cover five days per week Wednesday to Friday 10.30 am to 6.30 pm (with flexibility to cover evenings occasionally), Saturday and Sunday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.

We are looking for a flexible, skilled, facilities maintenance technician who is hardworking, organised and enjoys a busy varied day. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a school environment. The role will include basic plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and cleaning so experience in these sectors would be of benefit.

You will be the sort of person who takes pride in ensuring the school is clean, tidy and a safe environment and wants to provide an outstanding customer service for students, staff and visitors. You will constantly strive to ensure that the school is immaculate. You will have good ICT skills and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and a job ticket system confidently, although training for this will be provided.

Finance Assistant (starting asap) Part-time

Salary: £5,868 per annum (FTE £16,000 per annum)

Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible 4 or 5 days), 40 weeks per annum

We are looking for a flexible, highly effective, efficient and organised Finance Assistant to support our Finance team with the day to day running of finances. You will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and Finance Officer.

Core responsibilities will focus primarily on processing and reconciling a range of financial transactions including managing the purchase order process.

Previous financial administrative experience is essential and applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy. The ideal candidate will have excellent MS office skills e.g. Excel and Word and be a competent user of a range of finance/school specific packages. Knowledge of Sage 50, ParentPay and SIMS would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
